You are invited to a crystal bowl sound bath! Fill your cup with a morning moment of stillness through a soundscape led by local musician and sound healing practitioner Olivia Reva. Thursday August 13 10am. 489 Market Street

• A sound bath is not a literal bath, but rather a meditative experience where you are bathed in sounds.

•  Using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, the sound practitioner creates vibrations, harmonies, and grounding rhythms to promote deep relaxation and supply a soothing environment, supporting your bodies natural ability to heal.

• Sound healing has been shown to aid in physical healing as well as imporving sleep, lessening anxiety, and other benefits.

  I am a Carnegie Mellon University trained musician and arts leader dedicated to fostering connection through music. Music has been my deepest emotional anchor, and i've always believed in its power to transcend barriers and create meaningful experiences. My journey has led me to explore innovative, non-traditional performance spaces and teaching methods, from interactive concerts to sound baths, where people of all backgrounds can discover the healing potential of sound. I’m an advocate for creating accessible, transformative experiences that inspire and nurture creativity in others
