Return Policy
love, provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING on exchanges for eligible items. Returns without an exchange, or shipped and not returned to the store will incur a $7 flat rate shipping fee. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. We ask for 3-5 business days for processing on all orders placed with ground shipping. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday, or after 11am EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed before 11am EST with expedited shipping will ship same day. Orders placed after 11am or on the weekend will ship the following business day.
