When February comes around love is on the tip of everyone's tongue. We're redefining the acts of love that traditionally accompany the month and using them as a reminder to show ourselves kindness.
what is self-love
It is our core belief that we must take care of ourselves first, before we're in a position of caring for others. In this concept, we're either filling our cup or spilling (giving love to others) what overflows.
practice self-love
We invite you to start filling with us! Track your progress on our Fulfilled February printable tracker. Start any day, not just February 1st, and show yourself love for 29 days straight (a bonus day for leap year of course).
We'll give you reminders, ideas, and share our journey of self-love on Instagram @lovestoresco. Share your acts with us and get rewarded with discounts, another nice way to show yourself love if you ask us ;)

is self-love selfish?
When asked to share an act of self-love you may be wondering, isn't it selfish to share this? Why do I need to let others know that I love myself? Or maybe it even feels awkward to be positive about yourself in a public way.
Those feelings are normal, but also a reflection of how society has conditioned us to think about self love. Self-love is anything but selfish! If we are not treating ourselves with respect, care, and love, we are not able to do that (in a sustainable way) for others in our lives. Sharing is a reminder to all of us that it is healthy, deserved and OK to love ourselves.
We hope you'll join us, you truly do deserve it!
