Mid-Week Reset

Join us for the Mid-Week Reset, our gift of peace to you.

Many of you have shared that walking into our store "feels like a hug," and this 30-minute experience is designed to be that hug—intentional, mindful, and restorative.

In the middle of your busy week, before the store opens and the energy ramps up, we invite you to step into our calm sanctuary. The magical Sophia Coburn of Simply Soph Yoga will lead a simple, seated session focused on deep breathing and gentle seated stretching. This is not a workout; it is a moment to fully commit to yourself an act of kindness.

Our vision is simple: to create a dedicated space where you can shed the stress of your day, reconnect with your inner self, and find a profound moment of peace. You will leave feeling grounded, abundant, and ready to navigate the rest of your week with a full cup. It's the ultimate reminder to be kind to yourself.

RSVP here to commit to self-kindness.
